The Feelings Wheel

I had never heard of "the feelings wheel" before starting therapy. This thing is COOL.

There is a word for all the feels. Every emotion out there- it really helps to see how they splinter off - how much easier it will be to -point- to the word.

From my perspective, I can tell you that when I'm overstimulated, my words tend to get mixed up. My brain feels "tired" like my muscles are worn out.

And I can have a challenge finding even the simplest of words.

I would like to invite you to explore the feelings/ emotion wheel. Look over all of the words.

How many are you feeling at this moment?

If you don't know the meaning of some of them, that is OK- I had to look a few up, myself.
