Come Back to Me: A Soul Homework Journey

This is the softer side of the storm—the place you go to feel, process, and rebuild. Come Back to Me is a guided emotional reset: equal parts shadow work, soul journaling, and sacred reflection. It gently leads you inward through creative prompts, deep questions, and energy check-ins so you can reconnect with the version of you that’s been waiting patiently to come home.

These are interactive, bold, healing resources made by someone who’s walked the path and turned pain into purpose. Start anywhere. Color a page. Answer one question. Cry, laugh, scribble, or breathe—it all counts.

Take off the Mask  (also known as TOTM) is a place where no ground is too deep. We have raw interviews with real people, making an impact.  Impacting the world in a better way than the world impacted us- where we invite those who are familiar with Depression/ the importance of mental health- to share their story. Asking them to remove the outward mask they have to shield their vulnerability and speak on their triumph with the world-
