The CTFOD Deep Support Membership offers structured, biweekly 1:1 sessions for those seeking consistent encouragement, personal accountability, and a safe space to process emotions and challenges. With guided exercises and dedicated support, this membership provides the balance of flexibility and structure you need to stay on track with your growth. Service Description: The Deep Support Membership is designed for individuals who want ongoing check-ins, reflection, and encouragement without the commitment of weekly sessions. If you need a safe space to share, gain clarity, and stay accountable to your personal growth, this membership provides structured, reliable support. Cancellation Policy

By booking a session with Change the Face of Depression, Inc. (CTFOD), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. Service Disclaimer CTFOD provides peer support, not therapy or medical services. Sessions are for encouragement, reflection, and personal growth. Not a crisis service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), 911, or a licensed professional. 2. Booking & Payment Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Payment is required at booking; all sales are final. Membership sessions must be used within the billing cycle and do not roll over. Virtual sessions default to camera-off for flexibility; camera-on is available upon request. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) and no-shows are non-refundable. PWYC sessions (two 30-minute sessions per person) expire within 3 months. 4. Waitlist Policy If a session is full, clients may join the waitlist. Open spots must be claimed within 12 hours of notification. 5. Private Messaging (For Applicable Memberships) Messaging is for brief check-ins only and is not a replacement for sessions. Response time: 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM EST. Messaging is not for urgent matters or crisis support. 6. Client Responsibility Your growth depends on your participation. Sessions provide guidance, but engagement is your responsibility. Missed sessions or lack of engagement do not warrant refunds or special accommodations. 7.
