A quick but meaningful mental reset with a supportive space to talk. CTFOD’s 1:1 Peer Support Sessions offer a judgment-free space to talk, reflect, and receive encouragement. Whether you need to process emotions, gain clarity, or simply be heard, these sessions provide genuine connection and support without pressure or expectation. Unlike therapy, this is a peer-led conversation designed to help you navigate life’s challenges with understanding and compassion. 1:1 Peer Support Sessions are designed for anyone seeking emotional support, self-reflection, or a space to process life’s challenges. These private, virtual sessions are confidential and flexible, allowing you to share openly in a comfortable setting. What’s Included: ✔ Personalized 1:1 conversation focused on your needs ✔ Encouragement, guidance, and self-reflection prompts ✔ Non-judgmental, peer-led discussion—not therapy or counseling ✔ Virtual sessions (default camera-off for flexibility; camera-on available upon request) Who It’s For: Anyone feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or in need of support Those seeking a safe space to express thoughts and emotions Individuals looking for clarity, motivation, and encouragement 📌 Not a therapy session. Cancellation Policy

By booking a session with Change the Face of Depression, Inc. (CTFOD), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. Service Disclaimer CTFOD provides peer support, not therapy or medical services. Sessions are for encouragement, reflection, and personal growth. Not a crisis service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), 911, or a licensed professional. 2. Booking & Payment Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Payment is required at booking; all sales are final. Membership sessions must be used within the billing cycle and do not roll over. Virtual sessions default to camera-off for flexibility; camera-on is available upon request. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) and no-shows are non-refundable. PWYC sessions (two 30-minute sessions per person) expire within 3 months. 4. Waitlist Policy If a session is full, clients may join the waitlist. Open spots must be claimed within 12 hours of notification. 5. Private Messaging (For Applicable Memberships) Messaging is for brief check-ins only and is not a replacement for sessions. Response time: 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM EST. Messaging is not for urgent matters or crisis support. 6. Client Responsibility Your growth depends on your participation. Sessions provide guidance, but engagement is your responsibility. Missed sessions or lack of engagement do not warrant refunds or special accommodations. 7.
